Grocery Shopping

“I just need a shopping list.”

Not sure where to start? Here are a few of my favorite shopping lists and resources to help you make healthy choices. My top recommendation is the The Page Fundamental Food Plan, followed closely by the One Degree of Change Cookbook, which also includes some delicious recipes.

Remember—these lists are general guidelines. If any foods were identified as “barriers to healing” during your assessment, or you know certain foods cause you problems, it’s best to avoid them for at least 90 days.
